Intellectual labour is about thinking hard first and then doing it. The more mistakes you've already made along the way, the more skilled an intellectual you are.

I've been working with people and technology for over 15 years. Started in show business by organizing concert production. Worked as a radio host, DJ and sound engineer. In 2017, I swooped into IT and in a year I grew from a junior to a specialist who is not afraid to delegate backends on a highly loaded project. After another year, I became a team leader of the development team.

The basis of my methodology in team development is to help understand and understand what individual strengths and weaknesses each team member has, what a person really wants.

I am convinced that a happy person is best able to cope with intellectual labour.
