I joined SplitMetrics as an experienced Support Lead to help them build a great product, an Apple Search Ads Automation, create a successful team of L1 and L2 support specialists, and design the processes that would work across departments. Currently, I lead a team of 6 people, helping to develop three different areas within the Support Team - L1, L2, and Integrations. I work on improving current processes and building new ones, communicate and embrace transparency across CS, Product, and Dev departments, and work with partners to solve complex issues. I am quite experienced in People Management and try to create and improve growth plans for each team member. Our team is responsible for creating Help Centre materials such as articles, videos, and in-app messages and communicating with customers to solve their queries.
