I am a strategic growth and marketing leader with extensive experience in the fintech, and entertainment industries, proficient in both B2B and B2C markets.

Currently, I hold the position of Growth Director at two startups, Intently (Y Combinator W23 batch) and Heatbit. My responsibilities encompass establishing the growth teams, formulating go-to-market strategies, setting up experimentation processes, and devising communication plans for product launches and customer engagement.

Previously, I was part of Sensorium, where my role was pivotal in developing a communication and brand strategy for the world's first high-end metaverse. I successfully facilitated Sensorium's industry recognition and media presence in top-tier publications such as Forbes, Bloomberg, VentureBeat, and a dozen more. Additionally, I negotiated strategic partnerships, including an agreement with Epic Games and collaborations with artists like David Guetta, Jean-Michel Jarre, and Steve Aoki.

Prior to Sensorium, I led growth initiatives at Crypterium, a UK-based fintech startup. My key contributions included assembling a marketing team and supporting the launch of two key products: a mobile application (0 to 1M+ downloads and a prepaid card. I was also leading brand marketing, user acquisition strategies, and establishing product-led growth mechanics.

My consulting experience includes projects for renowned global brands such as Adidas and Durex. Before embarking on my marketing career, I spent five years in business media, with my work published in The Wall Street Journal and Forbes.

My educational background includes a Ph.D. from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
